DURABILITY

Engineered to resist modification.

Robust to the modifications a track typically encounters between bounces, uploading and being worked in. Compression, reasonable editing, format conversion, screen capture. Every signature is timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain so the record is independent of Mivia.

File conversion.

MP3, AAC, Opus. Streaming codecs, social uploads, podcast ingests. The signature still decodes.

Pitch and time stretching.

Speed up, slow down, transpose. Tempo nudges and pitch shifts on the way to upload don't shake it loose.

EQ and dynamics.

Filter, compress, limit. A remaster or a heavy YouTube limiter still scans clean.

Edits and cuts.

Trim, rearrange, transcode. A few seconds of the original audio is enough to scan back.
